As far as I know, yes.  Iron Heart's input was on design, leaving construction decisions to Viberg, as they are the experts on that front.

I don't like shorts unless I'm swimming or working out… I would never wear shorts with boots.  But I hear what you are saying.  My concession to summer is t-shirts/short sleeves.
