Note, the IHSH-13 differs from the original IHSH-09 and the IHSH-16 by having no front yoke:

…so I think G.and H.just changed the tag on the 2nd batch to white and blue!

I'm owner #3 of this shirt (1st ..., 2nd shoreman) so I could be right about my guess.

Maybe G.could clarify this a bit better though?!
