Wondering if anyone has tried Hank Player tees…
They look pretty nice to me: Supima cotton, ring spun, made in USA, all that good stuff.

Nice choice Anesthetist, those NASA ones look real cool.
Just ordered five tees today… Went with medium. Got vintage army, heather grey, heather charcoal, vintage royal and true red. Will post pictures when they arrive.

Hank Player tees came today… They shipped free with 2-day shipping because I got five.

Ok, so the fabric is top notch, shiny, and surprisingly soft, this is because it’s combed American long staple cotton (Supima to be exact) and pre-washed. Supima cotton is said to last about 40% longer than Upland cotton, hold dye much better, and get softer with age (so I'm happy 🙂 ). The fit is quite flattering without being tight or too fitted. However there are two disappointing details: #1. The “ring spun” fabric is cut?!?? ???  😠 so it’s not tubular constructed anymore like I expected. #2. The poly stitching is wimpy looking. Hear is a compairison between my F+T tees (left) which has dense beefy all cotton stitching.

Though I suppose I won’t be really disappointed unless it proves to not hold up over time, which it will most likely be just fine…

So basically I love the fabric and the fit, but it’s not tubular (but neither are most of my tees) and I don’t love the stitching (though I’m probably just being too critical). Overall I very much like the shirts and would buy again; there pretty impressive for $10 American made long staple cotton tees. 😉
