Just added some bonus pics for you Raffa on my last post (crosspost from Sufu)
Thanks for your support that I should survive them.
But you know that I'm in another age category then all you young people out here, ha ha ha -
It was not easy for me to start breaking them in because I broke 2 of my personal rules:
First: I usually never switch to a next new pair, before the old one is not burned down completely. And my SG 23 oz is still almost new for me. But no worries, I'll go back to them in 4-5 years from now, when the new 25 ozers will probably have received some fadings, wear marks and patina so far until then.
Second: I usually never break in a new pants before I have rescued another same pair in new untouched condition for the Jeansmuseum to have them as a comparision sample for the heavy used ones coming in hopefully in many years ahead from now.
Since I don't have a second pair I'm in a big Dilemma now. I have no idea how to solve this problem atm
And great news to have you here soon. All teh best for your job application
Perhaps I should really plan a little HWDC raw denim happening in Zurich soon
Ohh and I forgot to add the all pics link:

rules are there to get broken mate, so don´t worry too much about it
also it´s a really special circumstance that made you brake your own golden rules, so it´s quiet understandable…even for the unknown!
and about the second rule, i wouldn´t worry too much...Giles has 50 new pairs incoming, i bet he´s going to sell one to you
thanks for crossing fingers mate. i´ll let you all know when it´s really time to

Ruedi I'm with Rafa, don't worry about your "rules" enjoy the moment, sometimes we need to jump over ourselves to reach new destinations…
Thanks rocket, now I have already started with them so I'll give them the full freedom on my legs.
And I enjoy them. They are surprisingly comfi to wear. Probably because I have them one size too big like all my stuff. The start of the honey combs settling just hurt a little bit when I'm riding my bicycle. And Raffa, let me know in case you get the Swiss job. And in case you don't get it, I can always use manyl help for doing the inventory!!
