Made in China but not bought new. So I'm not "supporting" their MiC stuff… Still Japanese selvedge jeans though... Either way ALD doesn't exist anymore so it doesn't matter...
I also thought ALD has gone but they had a booth at this years Bread&Butter in Berlin

i talked with ruedi about ALD in berlin @ BURG & SCHILD PARTY… he meet the owner of ALD @ bread and butter in berlin and he told him that many many fans of ALD disgusted about to made in china!!!(LIKE ME-i was a big big fan of ALD-till i find IH:-)
i am lucky now!!!the owner of ALD told ruedi....the fabric in france was bankrupt.....in this time they produce in china till now.as daniel from dc4 learned this...he looked his all stuff and send the complete stuff back to ALD who was made in china!
and he stopped to sell ALD.
i bought a ALD belt from dc4 then...but made in france:-)
i have 2 prescott (one selvage,one non selvage) but i wear them very rarely -
