We are always glad to have the IH crew visiting SE Asia. Sorry to hijack, but Singapore as a transit point for most airlines, Tuckshop & Sundry Supplies will be hosting Giles and Paula on the 7th Nov in Singapore. Just for one day though, but it's worth it

We arrived in steamy Kuala Lumpur.  This really is a lovely town, very spacious with a lovely mix of old and new architecture and built over an undulating landscape so has different levels to it.

One of the more subtle things we spotted today…

John and Chuan took us to dinner at a banana leaf, sticky rice joint, right up my alley….

Hahaa! Yep! (Love the photo)No sharing! And you know what, don't share those meals with a local who eats with his left hand either! Enjoy the toilets with a hole, a hose, and no toilet paper as well! Great fun!

This weekend is Diwali (also known as Deepavali, Dipavali, Dewali, Deepawali or the Festival of Lights, marks the beginning of the Hindu New Year).  The decorations are lovely, makes a nice change from hallow'een ghouls!

Grabbed a coffee in the amazing Pavilion shopping mall, this charming young man served me in the M.A.C store.

Ok summary for yesterday iron heart party at kronoz

My flight quite early from jb(southern of Malaysia, quite close to Singapore) to kl

During lunch break i manage to grab fellow mydenim forumers @hamka and do a quick shot of our kicks

I begged john to ask Mr giles to come early because i need to catch my flight..request granted!!!giles arrived one hour early before official event starts

I met lots of denimheads, mostly fellow mydenim forumers @neko @do7 @dlaz…however some of them also travel quite a distance to meet mr giles..

This fella drive all the way from kelantan (east coast of malaysia, around 400km from KL, 5 hours driving by car)

It appears that Paula and me are wearing the same IH tshirt so we decided to make a "couple tshirt" shot

Then photoshoot event…suddenly there was a spotlight on me..oh well giles effect i guess

My photo with john, owner of kronoz..as a nice gesture he was giving discounts for all items for this event so i quickly grab a tshirt
