This reminds me that I need to get an apron; I'm contemplating building a brick pizza oven in the back yard.  That will require a serious upgrade in my cooking apparel.

You definitely should. I have just requested my RAC-005 back from a friend who has been using it around the world to bartend for the past few months. I am sure it will get back here and stink to high heaven. I will post pre and post wash images in the appropriate thread once I have them. These things make me want to cook as well.

I concur. Although, prob better suited for a start next Spring. There are currently 4 IH WT's going on and I think a 5th is too much. Just my opinion.
