I went with a XXL. I'm usually a XXL-XXXL in IH shirts. My experience with Cordura is that if it's tight, your movement is very restricted.

About to wash this for the first time and was thinking about the dry cleaners. Was it a no go for dry cleaning or how should I go about this?

No.  I think you would be an L.  That is me in the product pics wearing an XL.  I'm 187cm and 85kg

What about the sleeves? since im gonna wear them to ride my harley with mini apes handlebars. Will it fit nicely? Because it sucks when you get sunburn in the wrist after long ride.

I'm a fecking Gorilla and look how long the sleeves on the XL are on me, and they are only 1/2 inch longer than the L.  But it's up to you, you can see what I look like in the XL…..
