3sixteen's New NT Jeans - Narrow Tapered!
3sixteen have created a new fit which we feel may be a future classic. The new NT (narrow tapered) silhouette has a true medium rise, a good amount of room in the thighs, and has a strong taper for a small leg opening. We've had this jean in our stores for three weeks and it's been selling at an extremely fast pace as clients are loving the fit.
The new NT jeans are available in 100x (indigo), 120x (shadow selvedge), and 220x (double black) styles of denim and go up to a size 38.
We've also received a full restock of 3sixteen's chinos in 3 colors.

Star of Hollywood Drunk Stripes Shirt & Sugar Cane Restocks
This week have a great new Star of Hollywood shirt along with a huge restock of all jean models from Sugar Cane.
The new Star of Hollywood shirt is made of a custom made high-density rayon, comes with period-correct plastic dome buttons, and a single buttoned chest pocket.

Would you say it fades quickly or slowly? The images I’ve seen so far don’t have heavy fading. I’m looking for a pair that either won’t fade or fade slowly at least, as I can get away with wearing dark black jeans at work. I’m desperate for a new pair and I don’t think a restock of the Iron Hearts in the 666 cut is coming for months. Hoping these new 3sixteen NT-220’s at least fade slowly enough to tide me over.

I have a pair of SL-220X that I treat as dressy black jeans and they haven’t really faded very much at all over the past year. It’s mainly night and weekend type wear though. If I recall correctly it’s Kuroki Mills 13 oz. I also have a pair of Red Clouds Collective jeans in the same black denim that I wore hard for 1.5 years and they definitely faded slower than indigo.
I’d say if you just wear them around the office you should be good for a while as long as you don’t keep a phone or any other boxy items in the front pockets.

They definitely fade slowly, that 220x denim eventually will show wear but it takes a while especially compared to a fast fading black denim like Iron Heart's SBG denim.

The G-004 jean is a new 15oz indigo/indigo denim which has a great deep indigo shade and comes in their popular slim tapered fit. This is a new denim they've developed for this model and it looks great with the tonal stitching throughout the jean.

Here we have the long awaited new "All-Season" Iron Heart Overdyed Denim Jacket. This version comes in a modified length, hand pockets added for functionality, and made of a 14oz base denim which now weighs almost 16oz after the overdye process.

Buzz Rickson Tie-Dye Camo Shirts & Thermal T-Shirts
Buzz Rickson have created a fun new shirt where the camouflage pattern is created by a tie-dye technique using five colors and three separate dye sessions. The shirt comes with an embroidered patch on the chest and was made specially for us without a stencil print on the back.
We've also received a run of their short sleeve thermal t-shirts, also made specially for us without any exterior branding.

3sixteen 40BSP Caustic Wave Denim Jeans & Jacket
This week we have a new run of 3sixteen's Caustic Wave denim jackets and jeans.
The 40BSP jean is made of a 16.5oz unsanforized (but rinsed) denim made into a straight tapered jean fit. This fit has a true medium rise, a top block that is comfortable, and a leg which has a strong taper for a small leg opening at the hem.
One of the best selling denim jackets of the past few years has been 3sixteen’s modified Type III. We’re happy to announce that it’s also made in a traditional indigo warp / natural weft denim using the 16.5oz Caustic Wave 40BSP denim which starts out unsanforized but has been rinsed to make sizing easier. This jacket has cord lined hand pockets and cuffs, a slightly extended length so you can wear with untucked shirts easily, and slightly longer sleeves than 3sixteen's normal Type III jackets.
The "Caustic Wave" denim was developed with the intention of creating a fabric which would yield electric blue high friction points and a high contrast fade with regular wear. A strong variation within the weave of the fabric combined with strongly twisted yarns of uneven shapes and lengths creates an abrasive denim with a crisp and dry hand feel.
We also have a fresh run of their black zip hoodies.
