Manticore, I believe the Wild Child does use cow tendon thread.
As far as thickness, I can pm you pictures if you would like of the overall thickness once they break in.
The Wild Child wallets now use a special nylon thread that's designed for hand sewn wallets, it's over twice as strong as cow tendon thread, which is quite important if you're trying to keep a wallet for many years.

If you're wallet was purchased after January of 2014 then the wallet was sewn together using the special nylon thread Flat Head uses. In the end, both types of constructional thread will last a long time, but the nylon thread has the potential to last 10 to 15 years of constant use without failure, which is quite impressive for a wallet of any kind.

Iron Heart's 10oz Indigo-Dyed Check Flannel, Loopwheeled Blank T-Shirts, & Restocks
Certain to be one of the fastest moving flannels of the year, Iron Heart's new 10oz indigo-dyed workshirt has just landed at our stores. The flannel has been woven at a small mill in Okayama and all the navy/blue parts of the pattern are made of pure indigo-dyed yarn. Over time the flannel's pattern will change slightly as the indigo starts to fade away.
We've also received a new run of heavyweight loopwheeled t-shirts. These are blank and are available in white or gray and go up to size XX-Large.
Along with these new items we've received restocks of Iron Heart's jeans, denim jackets, and vests.

Monitaly Super OG Kush Shorts & Short Sleeve Vancloth Military Shirt
Just in from Monitaly is a pair of very chilled out shorts in a custom printed cotton canvas fabric and a short sleeve shirt made of a water repellent Vancloth fabric. We don't usually carry shorts at our stores in the states but these were too good not to stock.
Both are available now at all five Self Edge stores.

That's an 8 year old Flat Head v-neck, and that thing hanging off is the folded ribbing that's coming off because the hem thread snapped.

I've left my wallet lay on a counter twice this week, and dropped it in a parking lot last week. Seemed like the perfect justification to buy the TFH Wild Child natural mid-length and lanyard combo from Self Edge. Thank God people are honest and friendly in Texas, and they saw my hotel room key and called the hotel I was at to return it. I gave the guy a $100 reward and he was stoked.

Way to, literally, pay it forward @Filthy25ozJunkie … some dharma there. I thought you were going for the black and not the tan; not like there's a bad decision.
I'm hoping to make it back to my old PDX stomping grounds this summer, and will probably grab one when visiting SE there.

@QuantumMechanic 2 things, they didn't have the black lanyard in stock and I have a natural wallet that i am currently enjoying because of all the indigo transfer. I'm slowly trying to get away from the black everything and enjoy more things with color, too.

The WC is definitely nice and is a much more manageable size than the IH/FH mid wallets. I only got rid of mine because I wanted the smaller IH-FW. You'll like it a lot.
