Those shorts give me a bad flashback to my high school track days.
A friend of mine had his junk slip out during a race. Faced with the dilemma of stopping to adjust or keep racing, he showed his commitment to the team and kept going. He was known as "Flopper" from that day on.

Alright for today's effort

I held a steelbell both hands straight out from my chest. Then I twisted right like I was slamming the bell into a wall and returned as quickly to center as possible, then I did that off to the left side
Mtn climbersNext got down on the knees and took the steelbell starting on the floor to my right I broght it in a ach over my head over to the floor on my left. did that back and forth
with a smaller steelbell held between my knees I did double crunchesRussian twists (modified) legs off the ground crunched up and with the steelbell held straight out twisting to both sides after each full twist pressing the bell at center overhead
squat jumps with steelbellSlams with steelbell for 6 rounds

jump rope till jello legs can not or jello arms can noti passed so much gas during this circuit i was happy to get out of the dungeon. wil get images up when i can get someone to come down with a gas mask. went to the doctor about all my creaking & cracking & he asked if i wanted to get an mri on my shoulder or knees. . . . after giving it some thought i decided the worse could happen is one of my limbs falls off & then i don't have to worry about it hurting any more.
my doctor laughed & wrote something in his little book with a worried look on his face, which caused me to laugh. he told me when i come back i have to bring a legal guardian, an adult, or even worse my wife. think i won't be going back until after October 2013
i think i'll keep at it cause if i don't mind the rest doesn't really matter. oh also i have much more energy on a consistent level & have been able to easily catch my kids to embarass them when they are outside playing. sure it's not an image any of you want (besides maybe seul) but my sex life has improved as well. exercise is great stuff & this goruck challenge stuff has put me in a great space

Random Goruck challenge question.
There is talk of getting wet, but is there swimming? Do i need to be Michael Phelps to do this? Can deal with a dunk but swimming . . . .
