Hey riff hope the tour goes well sorry they didn't get to you on time. The tracking no says they got to your place Thursday so I hope they got there ok. Sorry for my lackluster leg. I washed them a bunch squeezed into them for a few days and shipped them out. Apparently my waist has grown substantially since they were a size big for me when this started.
i know that feeling. I've put on a few pounds as of late.. I'm still kinda struggling with my 21oz devils.

I returned from Japan late last night to find the WT jeans waiting patiently for some abuse. These guys have been BEATEN up since I last had them. Wow.

Sometimes you fly to Japan from Australia and Korean air gives you a free upgrade for no reason. Holy shit. This is how the other half live!!
First stop in Tokyo… FRESHNESS BURGER.
Then onto my favorite noodle spot in shibuya city. They play Norah jones "don't know why" on infinite repeat 24 hours a day. Rocking my IH thermal.

We've been renovating our barn and finally got the Woodstove going
And now we are about up to speed.

it's waxed duck with a woolrich blanket lining and a moleskin collar. so far i dig it, it's definitely sized for the japanese market though…. wish i had gotten an L instead of an M. the lining is surprisingly kind of light. This feels more like a lined heavy shirt to me than a chore coat. definitely not the heavy duty security of a piece of ironheart and doesn't feel as rugged and indestructible as filson. i like it though, it's a well made piece for sure.
