As an aside, I feel for Giles in this situation.  Just want him, Paula and the rest of the IH crew to know that I'm psyched about meeting everyone on Saturday, regardless of whether the MBBs arrive on schedule

Just got off the phone with customer services (sorry, diservices) who told me that the shipment would arrive on Tuesday and that they could not get in touch with Stanstead and I could not go and pick it up.

Left VM for my rep and emailed him and his boss…..

havnt you payed for express or something like that? i though ups and stuff (yeah, you used TNT or FedEx now), will give you money back if they don´t deliver on time and there is nothing like the third world war going on.

just curious.. sure, does not give you the jeans but maybe a big amount of money back.

It is TNT Express, yes I paid double to have them shipped fast.  It looks like another shipment I had picked up on the same day (IHSH-80's etc) but did not ship Express will arrive at the same time as the MBB's - go figure.

As I keep on saying to TNT, I don't give a feck about the money, I just need the feckin jeans here before 1PM tomorrow….

"Special Services" just called.  The Stansted depot is open for a couple of hours at 18:00 tonight to clear flights.  They will call then and see if I can drive up there to get the cartons…......I'm sort of 50:50 about seeing these things before Tuesday now......

Trying to hurry Pam and Tom out the door so we can get to you before 18:00…..not being very successful so far. She's currently mopping the kitchen, got to be tidy incase we get broken in to while we're away I guess  :-\
