G is back from Belgishergelanden late tonight.  He will work out how many of what size have been ordered and prob go back and forth with Mega for a day or so finalising stuff.  I guess I'll send the final numbers into Haraki on Thurs or Fri….

      QUICK ANNOUNCEMENT

I KNOW QUITE A FEW OF YOU GUYS ARE WORRIED ABOUT GETTING YOUR CORRECT SIZE IN THE MBB'S, DUE TO THE SIZING CHART BEING EXACT TO THE SAMPLE. JUST TO STATE THAT EVERYONE WILL BE GIVEN THE OPPORTUNITY TO CHANGE THEIR SIZE BEFORE RECEIVING THEIR JEANS. SO DO NOT WORRY  🙂

Great job Gav. I may need to size down depending on when we will get the choice

same here! I'm planing to lose a bit of weight again so let's hope I can change it to a 35 or even a 34 by the time we're able to…

Remembered these will be washed Rafa so a 34 would be a 33 waist…

I'm more worried about the thigh measurements than the waist. Since I fit comfortably into a 33 in the 634 overdye, I'll probably go for a 34 in the MBB.

I'm normally a 36 in the normal 634 cut, but I'm sizing up to a 38 in these, mostly so I can get my legs in - with a lot of tears and cursing I could probably just about manage a 36, but I'm not sure I'm that brave 😉

T shirts looks brilliant, put me down for one of each 🙂

tmg, there's only 0.5 inch difference in the thigh b/t MBB and 634S

Unless you are skin tight on the thigh of the 634, I think you could pull off a 36 in the MBB

I have larger thighs than my waist as well. I wear a 36 in the DC4001's and the thighs on those are even smaller than the MBB

Remember guys, these taper AFTER the knee down

Yeah, I was mostly concerned with the presumed rise of this pair, but when compared to the 25oz version of the 634s, the difference is negligible. Either way, I sized up one–tag size--from the 634s just so that I can attain the same waist measurement. (Measurements in accordance with those provided by the B01.)

after a 34 in the 555-03 and a 35 in the 634S-RAW I now went with a 36 in these! think it was the right decision since a 13" thigh is what I need to feel comfortable! and since these are 25oz and thick as hell, one up should be the way to go!…

I wonder how many of the buyers are from this forum? Furthermore, I'd be curious to know–if the number is relatively high--if this would be the most popular jean worn by the majority of the people at one time. (The 634s notwithstanding.)

Just got my contest pair in the mail (unbranded21oz skinnies) other than their obvious short comings I am pretty pleased with the waxy denim they have.  The fit is pretty good as well but I'm sending them to get a hem job at denim therapy and then they will sit in my closet waiting till March

^^ you're very right, this might be the largest number of jeans by IH worn at once. So it seems indeed like a contest inside the contest. Just hoping that all new faces stay active and not just grab a pair and disappear.

^ my database will keep a track on who is active within the competition, and who is not. Obviously I can't make them contribute, but at least we'll know who they are so we can call them names behind their backs  😛
