It's a 24 hour register at 3 o'clock. The GMT hand is under the hour hand on this photo. The watch is called Pam 306.

oh nice. it's a tourbillon as well. haven't had any experience with this gmt dial as opposed to a gmt hand. thanks for the photos!!
