No. I asked for a button down collar but due to miscommunication they thought I said not to do a button down collar.
Reading your original request, it reads like you asked for "Standard" "No Button Down". I find it hard to read this any other way. Would love to see the finished version when it arrives.

I wasn't the one to fill the form out. I think they got mixed up when they went to find the Gitman guys at the show. I had a sizing concern because the samples they had put me in a Large and I'm usually an XL in the Vintage stuff.
They already sent my shirt back to have the collar changed. Should be back soon.

I'm going to Hickorees tomorrow. As long as the fit is good, I'll def be getting the denim ones. It's a toss up between the Army green ones and the camo ones as a second pair.

Army green chino twill pair is my favorite. Seems like they'd be the most versatile of the possibilities, too.

I tried on a pair tonight at East+West here in St.Louis and these seem to run a half size large. I'm a 10 in Cons and a 9.5 in these. I didn't buy them, but they are a nice quality sneaker.

It's a little louder than I'm used to but I'm fine with it. Will probably be mostly used as a layer.
