i say god damn those SExLSxAlden's are by far the most comfortable pair of boots i own.

i had a portrait shoot in the studio before i went on vacation last week, so i will take some photos in action soon.

I shamefully have never heard of Alden until recently.  Are they like driving around in a 55 Porsche Spyder with ur James Dean hair.

kind of a toss-up. i've never had a bad experience with them, but i know of folks that have had quality control issues with their products.  imho they are nice dress kind of footwear, but at the same time these:

Well i found a seller on ebay that aparently sells great shoes and boots at great prices…Take a look at his page.  Nothing great now but in his feedback page i see plenty of Alden being sold.

Just got my first pair of Alden's in the mail today.  After a 1 year 5 month (!!!) pre-order.  Pictures, impressions, and whatever else to come after I walk around the house in 'em a bit.
