IH-555-02 - 18oz Selvedge Denim Slim Jeans - Indigo

Hello again!
Looking at these IH-555 in a size 36.
I measured a pair of great fitting jeans a few minutes ago and here are the measurements, these jeans have been soaked, washed several times. And also worn!!!
Waist: 48 cm across
Knee: 23 cm across
Thigh: 33 cm across
Hem: 21.5 cm acrossCan I do a size 36 on these? Or do I go with the unsanforized 21 oz IH-55-01´s?
I really want a slim tapered fit that´s snug allover. Nothing crazy like Cheap Monday BS though

If you take a look at the measurements, 36 sure looks like the right size for you.
But it all depends. Are the jeans you just measured tight on you in the waist ? cause then you might need another 0,5 inch to be able to squeeze inside these beauties.
With a little experience you can control the size of your jeans a little bit.
Cold/hot soak or wash, tumble dry, and you can also stretch the inseam while still damp.
Once i even used a jack (thing for lifting a car) to make a little more room for my thighs.
Not recommendable if you expect Giles to repair or give you another pair if this thing breaks through
I always size down, and wait for the denim to stretch….......and after only a few weeks i exhale

i'm guessing from other posts that these are a very similar cut to the 301s. i'm a 32 waist and got the 301s in a 30 waist. when i finally got them on they were ridiculous and i couldn't walk up stairs, but after much faith and persistance, not to mention bruising, they are now the most perfectly fitting, soft and amazing jeans i own. all denim will stretch, just have to put the work in. even after a month and you regret buying them as they aren't as perfect as you want them to be they budge a little more and get better. you get out what you put in

If you're worried about which of the two will be hotter, get the 21 oz. It breathes fantastically and is surprisingly cool.

I just got my first pair of Iron Heart jeans, the 301s from SENY, they feel so great! And I'm already thinking about getting a second pair! I'm trying to decide between the 666 and the 555 fit in the 18oz denim. I'm a little confused because according to the IH site the thigh on the 666 is .9" smaller than the 555, in size 29, even though the 555 is a slimmer fit. Is that correct? I have to wait for IH to get either fit in a size 28 anyway.

Few questions
1. Are there any plans to restock these jeans?
a size 32 would be perfect for me, but if they aren't going to be restocked then I will just get the 31 and make it work.2. Are the versions of these jeans made for The Denim Vault in Jakarata exactly the same measurements?
Im going to try and see if they have a 32 left and would ship to the US, but I want to make sure they are sized the same before I call.3. On the sale page for these, the patch says 21 oz. Was this just a mistake on the pair used for those pictures, or do the patches on all the jeans say 21oz? Do the patches on the ones made for The Denim Vault say 21oz or 18oz?

Also just want to add, Iron Heart clothing is amazing. I have the 8301s, the super tan belt, and the final denim jacket, and I love all three (the jacket is particularly amazing, words can't do it justice, but let me just tell you that it is as warm, if not warmer, than most of my down winter jackets).

No plans to re-run in the short term. The 01 and the 03 are being re-run atm, but the 02 is selling much slower (for reasons i simply do not comprehend)

We designed the patch and then decided to run the 18oz raws too. 300 patches is the minimum, so we decided just to go with the original patch
