Mines OTW from Withered Fig , didn’t realize how new they were. Hopefully replacing a type II from a different brand that fits me a little weird. May even get to wear it a couple nights next week before the heat comes to NC!

Decided to grab one of these as the cotton linen blend piqued my interest. My first type ii & couldn’t be happier with it. I can confidently say it is breathable and performs well as a light jacket. Currently wearing it on a breezy evening with temps in the lower 70F with a tee and shorts and it is very comfortable. The fabric is soft but full of texture. And it readily drapes which helps big time, at least in my case, making an oversized fit easier to wear on the get go. Would be awesome if this cotton linen blend was made into bottoms!

@yannis with so many other great items released this season, it seems like it went unnoticed. It’s a great jacket and you won’t be disappointed if you’re looking for something full of character and easy to wear in the warmer months and requires no break in.

@Chap you’re right about how good type I & II look when sized larger. The shorter boxy fit maybe helps? And always loved the oversized street style the Japanese rock so effortlessly cool.

Ditto on what everyone already said! That jacket looks great on you, @RoxRocks86 and furthermore, it’s a great jacket. Thinking about what I might shift to get some funds—though the wide pants have my full attention when they get in.

Welp. Predictably my size appeared in RE:Love from the sample/photo shoot, and I am WEAK. Stacked this to save the resources for when I grab wide pants, but I will join ya soon @RoxRocks86

@RoxRocks86 You nailed the description of this piece I'd say. For me its been a little itchy when I first put the jacket on but I think its going to be a good companion during some of the hotter months ahead here in the high desert. It still blows my mind to see an Iron Heart jacket in such a lightweight fabric.

Y’all. This jacket is my new favorite thing to wear. It’s so comfortable, and the denim is so beautiful with all these weird little hairs sticking out. If you’re on the fence at all—jump down and grab one immediately. I think that pants, a shirt, or a cpo out of this denim would be amazing.
