This Papa Nui take on the classic A-3 cap is a tribute to the rocket-powered Bell X-1 and its legendary pilot Chuck Yeager — the first supersonic plane to break the sound barrier on October 14th, 1947. Made in Japan from lightweight cotton, the colour has been selected to match the X-1’s eye-catching paintwork, with a contrasting olive herringbone sweatband and finished with a hand-machined patch in honour of the X-1’s ground-breaking feat.
