Checking in from Atlanta.  I am pretty new to this group and to raw denim.  I have always had a strong appreciation for design and especially quality construction - regardless of what that is in reference to.

In April, I started getting a few things online used to try out.  The typical starter items I guess: Gustin, Brave Star, etc.  It wasn't long before I took a deep dive down the rabbit hole.

So far the superior items I have picked up include (all lightly used):
IH-634S W34 (too small - still loosing weight - will prob be selling or trading these)
IHSH-21
Sugar Cane SS Blue Chambray work shirt
PBJ XX003S (super slub)
IHSH-194-BLK (Black Military Shacket)

Tomorrow's delivery will include:
IH-526Jod Type III
634S-21 - 36 waist this time
Thirteen50 veg tan 1.5" belt

Now I need to take a break!

Nice pieces you’re picking up. Is that type III second hand? I ask because the original IH-526jod has been extinct for some years.

Working out the sizing can be tricky but this is a great place to learn about that, to ask questions and opinions and avoid some pitfalls. For example, the 21oz will stretch readily after a week or so of wear, maybe those 634’s will work out with some effort?

Thanks @neph93.  I could barely get them buttoned without passing out.  I  had read about them stretching so thought I would give it a try.  And yes, the type iii is second hand.  I haven't bought anything new yet (sorry @Giles) but I am sure I will before long.

That is a great score, you don’t see them much on the market and it is a beautiful jacket. I bought mine five years ago and adore it.
