Got new handlebars for my daily commuter (I have no car) a few months back. (http://surlybikes.com/parts/handlebars/open_bar). Yesterday I finally got around to zip-tying a milk crate onto my front rack, since I wasn't able to with my old bars. Man, it's like a whole new world…I don't have to tie down my bag and lock onto the platform anymore....just throw it in and go.

The front rack is an absolute beast. Built by a one-man operation in Long Beach. More info at http://cetmacargo.com/

This is a pic of my daily commuter (minus the new bars). I can give specs if people care.

My road bike is a Co-Motion Espresso rom the mid 90s that I call the 'Co-Motion Commotion.' Its a steel frame with full Campy Record group, New Mavic rims, and a Brooks Team Pro (thats breaking me in, not hte other way around)

My third bike is an Electra Straight 8 that I've customized. It's got a homebrew taildragger rear fender, a vintage shifter mounted on the chainstay, a horn under the saddle, and ape hangers. I love that relocating the shifter also made the bars completely clean. That saddle is now on my commuter, and I have the stock saddle back on it now.

        That's all my bikes…

EDIT: no longer Raw and Unwashed!

Best product development since dropper seat posts. As a person who pushes the limits of what you can get away with pressure wise in a tubeless setup, I can confirm that this setup will take ride quality to another level

Picked up a new bike before the 26" wheel becomes extinct!

Not owned a Yeti before, really pleased with the bike but have stripped it to rebuild it with some different components.  Got some SRAM XX1, Bos suspension and Enve wheels incoming.

Photos were taken at one of my local riding spots, Cannock Chase in the West Midlands, UK.

Very nice pick up. Enjoy the shifting with xx1, it is even smoother than xtr.  Will you be making the trip to the gathering next year?

Would love to attend the Yeti Tribe gathering.  However it is unlikely that I will make it, living in the UK, family commitments, and working away from home make attending any kind of events difficult to organise at best.

A local shop near me has a "Mini gathering each year"  I might try and tag along for this event if my work schedule has me at home and not stuck offshore.

Still amazed at how quick Mr Tomac was on a drop bar equipped C-26 Yeti bike, the geometry must have been horrible to ride that fast with.  Much respect to Johhny T, hell of a rider and partially responsible for Yeti's cult following.

Newest family member. Amazing bike, bought it to cover lots of different needs: Gravel grinding, touring (with rear rack and full fenders) and road riding. Cx or studded tyres in the winter and slicks in the summer. Getting a new lighter wheelset for spring but otherwise finished.

The stable is now 2/3 geared 🙂 Love fixed gears and still have one but touring or long (+100 km) rides on a fixed gear is definitely not the best experience, been there done that etc. Doing a ~720 km trip in may over five days and gotten quite interested in randonneuring/brevets too so yeah gears 🙂

What is the 720k trip you are planning Jii? Nice new build as well by the way. I'm going with the ztr cx hoops for my new build which is for similar purpose, they could fit your needs well if yore not looking to drop big bucks.

I'm going for the ZTR Alpha 340:s since I need the rims to manage 28c road tyre pressures. Got Novatec 411/412 hubs so should build up to about 1,5-1,6 kg for the wheelset without being crazy expensive. Will probably try road tubeless too. I'll keep the current wheelset for crappy condition riding.

The 720k ride is just a ride we've been planning with some friends, nothing official. Probably gonna do the shortest brevet (200 km) before that, probably around easter.

got new shoes last week….hopefully they will fix my hot feet problem.

My goal this year is 2000 miles on the road bike. I'm a chubby dude already, but I'm pushing through that 260 pound ceiling right now and I'm not too thrilled.

2000 miles. And I start today.
