These are great colors. On the bottom pic what colors are what? I’m looking on their site and hard to figure out what color is what. Nice leather though

@pechelman you over purchase black Japanese bridle? How do you like the weight on it?
-
I don't have a black belt.
The Japanese bridle leather is great stuff, maybe my favorite of the bunch. It has a super high density feel to it, very stiff, but exceptionally smooth a buttery feeling. It's heavy weight but thin in comparison to the others. It feels like it will last the longest of them. -
New belt from Mr. Lentz. Lubing it up now. Got the roughout this time, again in natural. excited to see the evo on this one.

Crossposting my new belt from Artemas Quibble out of St Louis. The buckle is white and yellow brass while the leather is a black overdye on red. It should fade into a rich purple in time.

Sorry if this has already been covered …
I’m looking at some 1.75” size belts (vs 1.5”) and wondering what people here have to say about that size.Love it? Worth it? Prefer the 1.5”?
Feel extra big? Not so different?
I know IH sells both.
All insights welcome! -
@dwils IH jeans not a problem, but a 1.75" belt can be a tight fit through belt loops in other brands. I only have one belt that size and a few 1.5". No complaints with either size. I feel like the 1.75" helps keep my low rise 777 up best (for a leather belt). Daltech force great brand to try a new size (sub $100 for a good belt). Not as good as my stitched old bridle harness Hank's belt (in the sense that the Daltech force ones have stretched a little more).
For the last part of your questions. In general doesn't feel a whole lot different to me. If given the same leather/quality at the same price, I would probably go bigger belt, but I don't love the bigger size enough to pay too much extra for.

@wjw super helpful thanks. Seems like they could work well my with IHs
will likely give it a go.
