@Brandrea they were on my radar to purchase but the measurements rained on my parade. I was waiting for those. 38 looks like a 36 and 40 looks like a 40. And here is my problem. 38 will be too small and 40 although it will be fine from thigh to hem the top block will be big.

@yannis slubby denim stretches easily and you can probably do an inch (possibly more). Don’t know if it helps or not.

I am currently slammed at work and totally missed any opportunity at IH to grab these. I saw that @guiltyparty had a 35 in stock and I ordered them late last week.
