@JB click on the avatar of the user you're looking at. Note, reputation is a new thing for the platform so nothing to do with the previous version. Where as post count was migrated over

@Luijim78 Each block represents the number of posts that you have made and the rank that you have achieved. For example you have posted 52 times which represents that you have achieved “Haraki-san Student” which is level 3 (3 yellow squares).
