Heard this live LP of King Crimson- Earthbound today.
A lot of experts dislike it.

I had some vouchers from a recent work anniversary and decided to fill some gaps in my collection (I had Bleach and MoP on CD already)

I don't think this album from 1971 is particularly well-known, but it truly deserves to be. As the only release by the band from Alabama led by the then 17-year-old Myke Jackson, it impresses (at least to me) with its very deep musical emotions and abilities. I also like the musical range.
While 'Look At The Sun' almost comes along like a McCartney composition, the following 'Now She's Gone' is a jazzy psych-rock and then 'Weepin' Mama Blues' a pretty cool southern blues rock piece. But my favourite is the multi-part, 10min-long prog-rock masterpiece 'The Change'.
If you don't know the album give it a try. Definitely worth it.

@Aetas sorry this is off topic but I saw an exhibition at the national gallery in Sofia of someone who took photos of horse statues and used software to remove the human riders from them. Probably 3-4 rooms maybe 400 images of statues from all over the world (crazy how popular horse statues are). So now I think of that when I see your horse statue icon. Back to vinyl….
