@JDelage congrats and welcome to team Fuji, you won’t regret it. FujiX Weekly is a great place to get started with film simulations which is (in my opinion) what makes shooting Fuji so much fun. Next to the great feel / fun of use of these cameras.

A couple from the weekend. We hiked the western top of Karwendel, which was amazing!

Iceland, two years ago. The landscape is incredible and really breathtaking. and we were lucky to see some polar lights. What do you need more?

Years ago I had to sell all my camera equipment because we where short on money and needed stuff for the kids.

Last week I got myself a new (used) toy to get back into photography a little bit.

Nikon Z6 II with an Nikkor Z 24-70 f4. The 85 mm f1. 8 for portraits is in the mail.

A few pics from our current stay in Florence + side trip in Siena. I'm experimenting with a couple sets of custom settings (aka recipes), so although those are all straight out of the camera, they were processed by the camera differently.

I saw some of Patrizia Zelano’s “Acqua Alta a Venezia 2019” series earlier today. Very painterly and stunning irl. Some background here.
