@Mizmazzle these are a UK 11, funny story but all my trainers/sneakers are 11. Measured up in a brannock for a pair of red wings about a year ago and I’m actually a 10.. seems I’ve been wearing shoes all my adult life a size too big.. I do have a crazy high arch so some shoes 10, some 11 depending on the width. I could probably get away with a 10.5 in these.

@thewizarrd yeah, Red Wings run about 1/2 size to one full size larger than a normal sneaker size. So that sounds on par with the norm. Did you buy a pair of Red Wings? It’s a great journey. Classic boots for sure!!
In the easy chair with my boots on, melted whiskey in my hand. Could'na been asleep for more than three hours...time to go to work again...

@Mizmazzle I’m one of the few that likes to wear an insole in their 8 last boots so I buy as per my brannock sizing. I picked up a pair of blacksmiths in R&T copper.
With regards to the 8138, I bought an pair around 15 years ago and in all honesty, I ended up selling them a couple of years ago because I think the traction tread is awful. I was wearing through two soles a year!
Granted I didn’t have much by way of a rotation back then.

@SKT great choice. Wore these until there was a hole in the heel. Now rocking the low tops. They fade a lot.

Follow up to those new BMX SK8 Hi..... i just cant even. LOL. they hurt my feet. same size as always. They've ruined this design by changing their construction. The new stiffener they've added hit the widest part of my foot in all the worst spots and they simply wont break in. They're more painful than a new pair of heavy boots. I'll need to try another model or move on. How disappointing that i've had countless pairs of these and they changed them to the point they're unwearable.
