It's very difficult to say.  In pre-covid times, if we asked IHJP to ship today, we would have them here by next Monday.  But the world of shipping has gone to rat-shit since mid 2020.  So I thnk we'd be happy to see them here anytime next week…..

Also, the sleeves are almost 2 inches longer than the IHJ-82 (which I find to be a good length for me), does that mean these sleeves will be too long for me, or does there end up being some creasing around the elbows that shorten the sleeves a bit once worn?

I don’t think there will be a lot of creasing. However, the IHJ-82 and this are very different jackets. As this is a winter jacket, I believe the intention is for the sleeve cuff to end half way up the hand so that it comes over gloves.  The IH M-65’s and pea coats are made this way too.
