I was overthinking the sizing on this so much. In the end I went with my usual L, mainly based on intel from Graham that the production L comes in a bit bigger than the sample I was lucky enough to try on last week.  Really hoping this works out!

I had the same problem I grabbed the RED THOUGH
I wanted to size up to large because the numbers looked better but I’m a medium in most my shirts
So I stayed medium and asked for biggest one

I went with my usual UHF size of L, too.  I think it'll be fine.

Yep, you're exactly right.  I bet that's what it is.  Thanks Paul.

Same, stuck with my usual UHF size of XL.

I didn't size up because I'm not very tall nor do I have long arms.  I think the sleeve length may be perfect on my usual UHF size. Probably would've fit more like a UHF (just a little long) had I sized up.

I'm sure you'll be fine. You can always ask them to send you the runt of the size up.

I sized up, when you see the pics of Olly wearing large he could easily wear xl if you look at the shoulders and length. I want to be able to wear something underneath. And I did it because of the arm length.

Y'all are making me nervous that I sized up as well. I did leave a note to send the smallest tho.

Personally, I welcome a longer length. If I could have it my way a size S would be more like 33-34" in length, but I like my shirts super long because I wear Rick Owens t-shirts under them and those hang a good 4-5" below the hem of my IH overshirts in the front and back.

Grabbed a L, measurements were good for me except for the sleeve length, which was pretty close.  Fingers crossed that there was a 26"+ sleeve left in the stack!  Can't wait to see this one in person…  😃

I am pretty sure the sleeves will be too long, but I will be glad for the room everywhere else! The chest may also be a bit more than I need, but historically this has proven to be fine with UHF, especially after I wash and dry them.

I’m stoked to see this fabric in person! Heavier even than UHF?! Yowza [emoji7]

Definitely could have gotten away with a S. The M fits ok but is just a little roomy for my taste, but the area that’s really too big is the sleeve width. Thinking maybe I’ll just try a hot wash and dry and see if that helps.

This thing is a beast. Feels much heavier than just one ounce above a UHF….feels more like 14-15oz to me.  It's a tank. I went with my usual UHF size of XL and it fits perfect over just a T but not sure I could layer it over much more than that....maybe.  I feel if I would have sized up it would have been to long in the body. Great shirt.

Guys. Can’t stress enough how you’ve outdone yourselves again.  This has replaced my favorite shirt.  I had a very old and very similar CPO. forgot the lot number, but I’ve had it repaired now at self edge so many times. This new one fits perfect and I can’t wait to wear it to Oblivion.
Here are photos of the new one and the old ones repairs.

Now and forever.

Congrats on the new shirt, but I’ve GOT to see more pics of the old one! I think it’s a 54? Dystopia

Also, I love my 305 too. The fit isn’t perfect, so I’m hoping a wash will make it a bit better. Here’s a cross post from WAYWT

Awesome shirt. With the exception of arm length it looks like a great overshirt fit.

This is a beautiful shirt.  I think I got away with the sizing but would appreciate honest thoughts.  The body feels good. Shoulders and arms are at my lower limit. I expect to wear it as a shirt with bonus pockets rather than a jacket.

Thanks Lewis and Jason.  It's good to have confirmation as my thinking could easily have been warped by such a nice shirt.  I'm slightly obsessive about laundry, so I don't think that will be a problem  🙂

If you haven't experienced it, the 13oz fabric feels amazing - I considered posting it on the pets board because I could just sit and stroke it  😃
