Yes, these fit very good.  I like the relaxed slim fit I get out of these.  I soaked the starch out of them at room temp and have just been enjoying them.  I could wear these in a 34 but they'd be skin tight.

Funny thing about pics, and I'm sure others also experience this, the fit is better in person.

@Nerkg  I don't do anything special, I work in an office, so no craziness there.  Sometimes when I lift weights at home I leave them on, I suppose that helps. 
Question for you, how soft/comfortable do these get over time?  My 634s's are so comfortable now, that I could pass them as pajamas, will these get to that same level of comfort?

I don't own any 25oz but I have seen broken in pairs in person… The denim does soften up loads.  It all comes down to the quality of cotton used... which is pretty much top tier
