@Oaktavia From beyond is a killer album. @Graham If you’re into death metal in general, I’d suggest Death, old Entombed, Dismember, Sulphur Aeon and Bloodbath. I'm a bit behind, but just got into Sleep Token. I didn't like them at first and the clean, smooth vocals aren't what i normally lean toward. They're so weird and unpredictable, but I instantly recognized the talent. I am now full nerd mode. There's definitely Deftones DNA in there, and all kinds of other stuff. Metalcore, Djent, Gospel Funk, The prog factor is way high too, and that combined with the lore really reminds me of Coheed & Cambria. Probably the best thing I've heard all year.

Was at Brakrock Ecofest in Belgium this weekend. I was unfamiliar with Comeback Kid who only have been around for 20 years... Wow, they were a demonstration of brute force live!
And if you had a few beers, and squinted your eyes a little, the singer looks a bit like @Mizmazzle (I guess it was just the hair length).

@mclaincausey - remember seeing them in UK four or five times on the Wrong tour. Awesome album.

@Crispy-Heron some of my favorites such as them and Victims Family seemed more embraced in Europe than North America and y’all got some nice touring!

@mclaincausey - saw Victims Family a couple of times as well - round about the time of White Bread Blues. Both were pretty big in UK - particularly NoMeansNo.

Hey, they killed it in Detroit. Legends. I was happy to see Michigan came through with lots of support to show them for their final tour. Opening band Codefendants was awesome as well.

@Jakederoche Codefendants are totally awesome. Shows that Fat Mike still can find some good talent. Goes for a lot of the BTTG bands, The Meffs are also great.

Yeah, Codefendants had some incredible stage presence. You could tell as soon as the stepped onto the stage that they were going to be something to listen to. Just got done listening to their album while cutting the grass. Hoping it will grow on me! Would love to find some new music
