@AdamJ when I was 30 I tried on a pair of W34 634 and the hem was so comically large for me at that time that I just could not make it work in my mind. Now I am 35 years old, wear a W36 634 and they are not only way more comfortable than my old 555s, they don't even feel that much wider now.

I’m not posting for any reason other that to express my deep fondness and gratitude towards my Orslow fatigues. For some reason (the colour? the texture?) they make me feel calm and relaxed. They’re so comfortable and versatile. They look great with a white tee and denim or chambray shirt. I wore them to a yoga weekender with my wife and they were perfect. I can sit lotus in them when I meditate.
When I bust or really fade a pair of jeans, I think “cool now I can try a new denim!!” If/when I bust my orslow pants, I’ll think “I need to buy those exact pants again”. They’re magical.

@AdamJ from my understanding, their black this year is actually black with no reddish brown cast. I need to get a khaki pair of slim fit this year. It’s the only colour I don’t have. Amazing pants!

@AdamJ yep but my understanding is it’s not a new SKU. They’re just replacing the not really black models from before with actual black now. This could be good or bad depending on your point of view. I really liked the reddish / brownish black from last year so I’m glad I got the pants and fatigue shirt now. It’s an unusual colour and I dig it!

@Brandrea As discussed in the WRUW thread this morning, I needed to check these tiger camo pants as soon as I found them in stock at a local shop.
Upon initial inspection I noticed that they didn’t feel anything like my reverse sateen fatigue pants. Nnnnnope! Not near as soft. Looking closer I could see the square stitch pattern indicative of ripstop. They're still 100% cotton but not nearly as nice a hand feel as their reverse sateen. Bummed, I still tried them on. Gave a look in the mirror and then I was even more bummed because I had to buy them.
They’re just too fecking cool.. Whatever. The great thing about regular fit is they've got button fly instead of zipper. I like Orslow's military buttons.
Also tried on the IH Military western moleskin. It was so stiff! Assuming it loosens up after a bunch of wear but It felt restrictive in the arms, especially at the shoulders. Really nice shirt but I just left with the pants. I told the staff there's no way I was leaving without those pants. haha. 12 year old Chibs definitely approves but I expect a very low WAF.

@Brandrea Thanks! As you can tell an emotional attachment was formed as soon as I looked at them in the mirror.
This was at Blue button shop. I think I may have got their last size 3.Just found out it comes in a "Utility shirt?" WTF this has got to stop.
