Hiya TinMan, this will be combined office and stockroom, we only very occasionally get customers visit, so it won't be a shop, but we'll hopefully make it welcoming and comfy for when we do get visitors - and for the party on 3rd September of course.  There are some fantastic new industrial/retail units down at the Marina overlooking the water, maybe in a couple of years if things go well…
