Got a hold of this in the western cut from Japan, but ultimately decided to stick with the workshirt cut. Never worn, tags still on! I paid $400 with shipping included, so asking for the same CONUS.

Chest: 21.9”
Shoulders: 17.8”

@MSav32323 Man, I wish I'd known they made these in the Western style before I bought the work shirt. It's just so big around the bottom opening for me, and the western is the closest thing to a slim fit (even though it's a bit tight in the shoulders).
