IHSH-208-IND - Indigo Kersey Western Shirt

I caught the email about this shirt a few hours ago. Looks like what I've been after: a deep blue shirt to mix up in my many black western shirts. But alas, I see the L is sold out. Did they go quickly, or is a restock imminent?
ETA: Looks like a restock in June, so I'm guessing no new stock coming soon.
Therefore, the question becomes sizing. I'm seeing a prevailing thought here that the western cuts fit a little more snugly than the work shirt cuts. I found this to be the case when I acquired my IHSH-396-BLK shirt. I'm usually a L in the UHF, but went with an XL, despite the long sleeve length.
Where did most of you land on sizing with respect to your usual IH shirt? I'm a cold wash and line dry devotee, so shrinkage doesn't seem to be a thing. Size up?

@Bobcat-Sig There is a new run of this shirt in production, but won't be here 'till next year.
As a general rule, yes - the westerns are a slimmer fit than the work shirt. However in my experience it is not always the case that it warrants an exact size up. I would measure your best fitting shirt (be it IH or otherwise) and do a quick comparison just to be sure!

I am super stoked! I was down at SE PDX for boot things, which I'll cover in another thread, and lo and behold, not only did they have this shirt in stock, they had one in a tag L. My oh my, is this fabric cool! Because I'm a total neophyte to this whole sphere, many of these non-denim fabrics are new to me. Kersey is no different. I'd never had it in hand, and despite best efforts, the shirt is so much more striking in person. And it's so soft!!
All of this, I'm sure you all know, but I had to share my enthusiasm.

@SKT heh, yah, for sure. This is my fifth IH shirt. A few years ago, I first dipped my toe into the UHF arena and acquired another not long after. Last year, I picked up a lighterweight flannel and a black denim shirt. The hook sank deep.
Now, it's all about checking out the different fabrics, which I'm finding quite interesting.

@SKT All good. I'm a bit late to the IH forums, not finding this place until I was a few years into my UHF and boot ownership. I also lurked for a bit as I wasn't sure of the unique decorum found here.

@Bobcat-Sig It's a really fun piece. I like to layer mine under a western, particularly my IHSH-295ib. Photo below after I first snagged it. Completely ripped off Bryan Szabo for the look. Dude is a genius

@kojimastreets Double blue double western. I like it. Nice, man. The Kersey, with its soft hand and easy drap certainly lends itself to a great layer. That's a great idea.

Hi guys, new member here. Looking to get my first IH shirt and this one is on top of my list.
Anyone have this with the brass snaps upgrade? Would appreciate if you could share a photo if so

Iv had a quick skim through and cant see any photos of brass snaps on the forum, but what I will do is take one of our 208's in stock and grab some brass snaps and place them above the copper snap so you can see what it would roughly look like and post it on here when I'm in the workshop.
@Pinkpan the ones on 90-92 are copper not brass but its all good, we will soon have a example for people
