Not the most glamorous meal by any stretch of the imagination, but certainly one of my favorite things to eat. I humbly present, my first BLT of the season.

Was a boring tea pairing yesterday. Broke a toe/my foot this week, so keeping extra inflammatorys away whilst im unable to rest it with the office move

We have a theme dinner party tomorrow at our friends’. Part ipants bring dishes according to a theme. The theme tomorrow is mint, so I made home made mint chocolare chips ice cream, with the mint from our yards. It’s yummy. Making the chocolate chips was more difficult than I expected…

@JDelage peach and mint sounds amazing. Is there some lime juice in there as well?

No, it has a balsamic / honey reduction with sumac, but I've seen some recipes online for similar salads that do incorporate lime.
