@northsouthdenimguy very very beautiful my friend, I like them a lot, congratulations

@northsouthdenimguy those look amazing, you’ll have to post some pictures/impressions once you get them in. How long was the wait?

Yes, I will definitely post some pics and my thoughts. I want to say I told him I wanted a pair last November. I shipped him the leather in May and he started July 1st. Once he gets rolling it only takes him a few weeks. The last pair he did for me was about the same timeframe, Nine months plus or minus…

Thank you, I appreciate it

@northsouthdenimguy that wait time is not bad at all. Congrats on a beautiful pair of boots.

@ilksurfer what a shot! The sky looks like AI

My only suede boots. Trying to keep them not blue is an issue with my wardrobe hence the cuffs...

@ilksurfer Great pic  ️ ️

Even better in person. There was a little bit of heel slip with a thin boot sock (wearing thin for work since it’s blazing out), so I bumped it up to a medium-weight cushioned Darn Tough—the fit is spot on now, no heel slip. I much prefer a medium-weight sock for day-to-day wear with boots, so this is perfect. The finishing is impeccable, exactly to my taste. I don’t like anything glossy, over-finished, or too perfect. There are no issues with stitching or any “bad” spots—just a really tight, well-executed handmade boot.

@northsouthdenimguy man those look awesome, I always forget about them but am always impressed by their stuff. +1 for the darn tough medium weight socks even in summer.

Trying a new "bargain" brand. Craft and Glory from India. Fit is true to normal stitch down boots. I wear a 10.5 in Mister Lou and 11 Nicks/Whites. Ordered a 10.5 and the fit is good. Looking forward to Mister Lou comparison in a month or so.

Very happy with these Craft and Glory boots so far. They are already comfortable, the grain is really nice and the break in is almost non-existent. The tread is grippy and solid. My complaints though limited would be the teeny pull tabs that may as well not be there, still a little squeaky though I think it's bearable and getting quieter.

Focusing on trying to wear these Unsung as much as possible. The waxed flesh is surprisingly more comfortable versus a couple Viberg service boots that I had in the same leather.

A couple of drops of blood, Dexter style, is a nice touch @matt_rost

After selling my 3 pairs of Wesco Engineers (2 pairs too small and the other pair I rarely wear), my Role Clubs (too small and selling on Ebay now), an old pair of Natural CXL White's Nomads from the first batch of Nomads ever made, I picked up this pair of Devil's Causeway Horsehide Lofgren Engineers. I definitely need to use a ski boot shoehorn to get them on but the fit and quality are great. The texture on these is just insane.
