Maybe a dumb question but is the fabric for the 142ib model the same as 295 ib?

Sizing question: I wear a 33 in the 17 oz natural indigo 777s. Looking at the measurements for these, I would be served well by going with a 32 correct?

@seanerin72 , looking at the sizing charts the 777N tag 33 and the 777 14oz ib tag 32 have very similar measurements so I will say yes.

@seanerin72 while I don’t have this particular pair or 17 oz, I found that going with the same waist size (33) in both my 14 oz 777 ii and UHR 777 worked out best for me.
Tried on my 14 oz pair in store before being able to order a pair online.

@filosoferstoned It may have worked in this instance, it does not work in all. Going by the published measurements listed for each item is the best way to ensure fitment. Going by the tag size alone will get you a pair of pants that don’t fit at some point.
For example, I have tag size 33 through 36 in my closet with all of them fitting almost the same.
As @Tago-Mago pointed out, that if those measurements are not working for you, please drop a line to the IHUK crew and they will work with you to ensure you have the best opportunity of getting the correct fit the first time.
