now to the boot.  it is a beauty, very choco-late-y.  leather laces like the Iron Ranger King D97x7 does or are you going to go for colored laces like Denim Sailor does or maybe just leave them as is???

Going to leave the leather laces in for a while, was lucky to find the perfect match. Got DS a pair too…

Found the pair I like on sale.  From what I've read these run half a size big, can anyone confirm?  Thinking of going down another half and going sockless…

Yeah I found the pair I want on sale as well. Just waiting on a few things to sell etc. Anyways, I would be wary of wearing RW's without socks. RW is notorious for a hard breaking in process. I am sure once they are worn in it isn't a problem but to begin with, NO WAY! Also, I take a US11 in RW, US12 in Nike, US11.5 in Vans, US11.5-US12 in Chucks…

In February, after a lot of hunting about, I managed to get a pair of 8109's/ brown and am really chuffed with them. Before buying I was told they come up 1/2 a size large, I'm a uk 8.5 so went for the uk8 / us9 and they fit fine and are certainly not tight. If you want to go sockless you may want to think about going a full size down, depends on your feet!
I got mine from a uk ebay shop shipped straight from Germany so if there had been a size problem I would have been in the crapola. If you're not fussed about sockless thing go with the 1/2 size down and see how it goes.

Thanks for the feedback guys.  Think I'll play it safe and just go half a size down vs. possibly killing my feet.  Which ones are you getting, Lando?  I'm after the grey ones…

I would be carefull about dropping a whole size, I did this with a pair of RW 8173' which turned out to be just too tight, I thought they might give a bit but they weren't having any of it. S'pose I should try and sell them really.

yeah thinking about it, i'm with lando on sockless, your feet would be shredded before you got out the front door.
