Thanks for the update! I am gonna be doing all my measurements tonight so I will check other retailers for sure. My first high end jeans purchase so getting used to this model

another pic of a dude in 888S-21s. But damn these are good. I’ve been wearing 14 oz for so long and I’m happy I traded up. They fit me perfect. Now I’m just waiting for the 888SB restock and the 526PJ restock. Then I can have black and indigo 21oz tuxedos

Thank you super helpful! I actually have a Self Edge store close by to me so I went in yesterday and bought my first pair of 888’s! They’re currently being hemmed and I’ll get them back in about a week but stoked to get them and I’ll post pics once they’re back

@weftyarn i have the super black type III and vest and those are two of my favorite IH items. I just couldn’t handle the thiccness on my legs in the desert. They’re super comfy though already

My first pair of Iron Heart 888’s just got finished up getting hemmed and I’m loving them! Did a quick check to make sure they fit today but will be wearing em a bunch this week and weekend and super stoked! The quality over Levi’s just off the bat is insane

For the 888 crew that also owns 634S for a more relaxed fit, did you go same size as 888S or one size up? Just looking for a wider leg from the knee down for the weekends.

@m4xime. Are you asking if you need to go a tag size up on the 634 vs 888?. I would say no as the 634 is definitely wider from mid thigh all the way to the hem from the 888.

@m4xime my 888s 34” streched out 1.5” on the waist, my 634s 33” stretched out to a very comfortable 35”(+2”) after4-5 days of wear, i like the rise of the 634 better and the leg opening.

I actually sized 1 down and fits me perfectly.

@m4xime I have the 888, 888od, 634, and 1955. Same size in all of them. If you like your 888 but want more leg room, the 1955 is the move. The 634 is wider than all of them, but much lower rise.
