Thanks…I think! I like bits and pieces of everything. Much of which, like most here, is derived from other periods in time. Sometime it works, others not so much. (Still love my tassle loafers)

And to show I can admit failure (and keep a color scheme) I offer this Woolrich jacket up as example. Is it a trench, deck, sherpa, hybrid? Who the hell knows, but it really doesn't work for me (hence the basement pics)

I think we're all likely to have some Paul Smith at some stage in our lives, especially those that have the UK influence. He's such a weird label/brand/designer/icon.

I should post a pic of my velvet-esque, floral, baggy type III style PS jacket from around 1989/90. I used to wear it with off-white Liberto jeans. I still have it in the attic for potential fancy dress!

I paid like 75 for this shirt in 2008? That was half off. Never wore it. Until! Until I had to sing a special for a Christmas concert. We were supposed to wear plain white dress shirts. I "couldn't find one" so I wore this to freak out the conductor. It worked. That's silk baby!
