@goosehd True story,a friend of mine was in Key West right around the time that the store opened,and he bought it for me as a gag gift,because at the time I was really into scuba diving. He said he paid about $25 for it. I thought it was worth about $800,so I brought it with me to Key West,the last time I went. Hoping to sell it back to them,but they didn’t want it.

When I first started looking they were all under $1000 (mostly between $500-$1000) at the time and I thought it was too much then. Now it's just eye watering...

I'm not a collector myself. I've used this alias since I was a young lad, going way back pre internet when forums like this were hosted on BBSs that you had to call into. I was into pirate books and lore back then and thought Piece of Eight fit when I got into a lot of mischief with some fellow phone phreakers and video game crackers. Some fellow collected all the BBS data from back then (textfiles.com) and here's a splash page made by the hackers who I helped crack the copyright and distribute The Never Ending Story game for free and they gave me credit.

Hi everyone! My name’s Jahsun, I split my time between LA and Sacramento, going back and forth for family and work every other week. I bought a IHJ-05 Cordura windbreaker around 2017 or 2018 and it’s been my main riding jacket since. I’m trying to wear this jacket out so I have an excuse to buy another one but this thing just won’t quit and looks as good as when I got it, even after at least 50k+ miles on it. I’m really interested in hearing what IH stuff anyone else wears for riding.
