About a month ago i asked Amos if he had any plans to release a sashiko shirt in the future…and he offered to make this orchard shirt out of the material.

this is by fffaaarrr my favorite shirt. i’ll be wearing this pretty much ever day for the foreseeable future.

It was a little long and felt big out of the box so i did a hot wash and hot dry, now i feel like it fits perfectly.

Definitely get out and support Amos and the GP dudes if you haven’t already!

@rewseph that's super rad! Looks to be a similar or maybe even the same weave as the IH 12oz dobby sashiko.

@Danimal506 thanks dude! I would think the material would breath, it’s pretty starchy at first…i did a hot wash/hot dry and that softened it up a bit. i expect it will get softer with wear as well.

@rewseph I happen to be wearing my dobby sashiko today so it was easy to check. But yeah, same grid type weave. Also I dig the big pockets on your shirt- those look functional.

Get them! They are perfect for summertime. I have two pair and a pair of easy pants in this fabric and it turns into a cozy sweatpants like feel after some wear. I often wear this pair without underwear because they are so damn comfortable…

@Brock ahh okay, you’re the one I saw! Wasn’t sure who I saw with a pair of those on here. I’m going to pick up some of those as well. I think as a Fathers Day gift to myself haha

I love the loop wheel cotton, and so those shorts are a must. I wasn’t a fan of the printed logo when they released, but now I’m actually a fan.

I’ve had a few summers of wearing total crap shorts. So I think this is the year I invest in some nice pairs. Especially here in Texas
