We already know our wonderful customers (friends) are THE BEST.  Today we got an email from a guy in (real) Northern Europe (Finland) who took delivery of a pair of jeans over two weeks ago.  He was concerned because the payment had not been charged to his credit card.  To cut a long story short, the payment had been reversed (our fault).  Goodness know when/if we would have realised, but he immediately came back and paid for the jeans - such honesty and good grace.  Don't think he's a forum member yet but we'll try to rectify that ASAP.  Special thanks to him and to all of you for being such fantastic people.
