Bit glarey - mood lighting is way to go surely (whacka whacka).

I work in a bland veal fattening office block and I'm always pulling out flouro tubes and angling artful up lights.

they don't need any mood lightening, this is a place of business. i mean hec, you do see how much work they got done in the Castle, let's keep it semi-formal with too bright lights & all that goes with it.

so where are you all going to sit & how comfy is that floor, hahahahaha??

Haraki has just got hold of 50 metres second grade selvedge indigo to make blinds, screens rtc etc….

Drap some around as well, get rid of that Office vibe. Lighting needs some work too.

It's a rented workshop and a big new overhead, so we'll spend as little as poss getting the place spruced up.  Necessities are some new racking for stock and a couple of office seats (we need to take care of our poor old backs, and currently use dining chairs at our desks).  Hoping to get a couple of the pix that Farhad took in LA blown up onto large canvases for the walls.  Am looking forward to lots of ideas from you (and all comers) on how we make the new IH UK HQ as funky as possible.  Goes without saying, lots of denim drapes…!

Nice new space G, wish I was there to help. I am doing the complete opposite. Moving my tailoring space back home.  I am not as lucky as you and find myself not spend enough time with the misses.
