WESCO-MRLOU-BRN - Wesco® - 10" Horsehide Pull-On "Mister Lou" Engineer Boot - Brown
-
@Lowlander The Brown Chromexcel Mister Lou's will be here next week, and they will be a bit cheaper than the Horsehide version.
-
Excellent news! Now fingers crossed that my size (7.5 D, I think) is among them!

@Lowlander They will be here today! And we do have one 7.5D arriving.
-
I'm stoked! Any idea when they'll go live, @Chesson?

@Davids_denim I know it's been a while since your post, but do you have any insight as to the fit of your Mr. Lou's? Like a comparison to Brannock, Vibergs, Lofgrens, etc?
-
@brownr1 I personally have a Brannock size of 9.5D and wear a 9E in all of my Mr. Lou’s. However, I’ve seen others with similar Brannock size post they take a 9D. I could get away with a 9D in a leather that would readily stretch, but with the horse I personally need the little extra width. The difference in width between the D & E is technically to be only 3/16”, but in reality this dimension probably slightly differs with each pair during the stitchdown although all four of my pairs feel consistently close in width.

@John-Galt good stuff, thanks.
