Do I have a misconfigured shirt? Or put differently - what are the steps a shirt goes through when it gets sewn together?
I noticed something rather strange on my 351. The two sides of the front have different lengths. They start out ok at the collar, but in the middle, buttons and holes do not line up anymore. And on the bottom, one side is about an inch longer than the other.
How is that possible?

@Alex Thanks, Alex - still the interest is genuine.
I believe I have seen the templates with which each individual piece is cut out of the larger piece of fabric. And I always admire the meticulous matching of the lines and patterns when pieced together - the 401/402 are great examples for that.

But how does it go from there? When do which pieces get sewn on, when are the holes for the buttons cut, when are the buttons attached? I think this would be great material for a behind the scenes video - if it does not reveal to much confidential stuff

And, bringing it back to my shirt - could it be two mismatched front sides, one for XXL, one for XXXL? Meaning that there is a mirror shirt of mine, having it the other way round?
