@Jcaz6996 - I have had no update since 18 Jul that my jeans were in Istanbul. Since then there has been the IT glitch. Have you had any further updates? All the information on the app which @Kasi sent through show that it has left Jakarta.

@Crispy-Heron it usually takes 4 to 7 working days, probably with the mess that occurred in these two days there may have been some delay, contact Adi to see if he can monitor better as the sender of the shipment

What company is carrying your package now? When I entered the shipment number in DHL homepage it did not find anything but today it suddenly worked. Maybe give it another try

@FlavourFade yes exactly when the Indonesian post office entrusts the shipment to the post office of your country you can check (in fact it is better to do so since it is updated more regularly and in detail) with the website of your national post office, in my case Poste Italiane, in the case of Mo and James Royal mail….

Thanks buddy! Funny I have never had problems with the infamous buttons on xhs but after the indigo and indigo black, this one is the first XHS I really wasn't able to button up
