@Jcaz6996 - I have had no update since 18 Jul that my jeans were in Istanbul. Since then there has been the IT glitch. Have you had any further updates? All the information on the app which @Kasi sent through show that it has left Jakarta.

@Crispy-Heron it usually takes 4 to 7 working days, probably with the mess that occurred in these two days there may have been some delay, contact Adi to see if he can monitor better as the sender of the shipment
